The appellation everyone knows, made as though it were anything but a given.
Pure Glera, straw yellow. Soft and recognisable on the nose, dry and fragrant in the mouth, with no rough edges. This is the wine for the aperitivo and for the lunch that runs long, the bottle you open without having to think about it.
Serve it cold, between 6 and 8 °C. Good on its own, better with fish and cold starters.
